Interactive Course
Project Design & Management is 3 - 4 day practical training course tailored to meet the needs of different target groups and by the consultancy in this field.
The training consists of case studies, practical examples, discussions, workshops and presentations of results and outputs. Participants are acquainted with the methodology of project cycle management. Each stage of project preparation is trained on a concrete project theme chosen by participants. A special training session is devoted to project forms and to the discussion about current possibilities of funding from the EU and other funding bodies.
The course is accredited by the Ministry of Education SR.
The module Project Design & Management is part of the Public Policy Programme and the Programme of European Integration. Both programmes were in the framework of the project Training of Public Administration for Better Development of Bratislava Region conducted for municipalities of Bratislava region.
